Refund and cancellation policy

No paid checkout is active. TenderMeter will not create a charge or subscription until Paddle approval, the geographic service address, and production payment configuration are complete.

Cancellation

When paid plans are enabled, a customer may cancel a recurring subscription before its next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; service normally remains available through the end of the paid billing period unless the customer requests earlier closure.

Refunds

Fees already charged are normally non-refundable once the paid service period has begun, except where required by applicable law, where a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred, or where TenderMeter did not provide the purchased service. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

How to request help

Send the account email, charge date, and reason for the request to connect@tendermeter.com. Do not email payment-card details or identity documents. Requests will be reviewed against the order terms and applicable law.

Payment-provider refunds

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method using the payment provider. Bank and card processing times are outside TenderMeter's direct control.
